Current turnaround is 7-14 Business days , so please plan ahead of time. Turnaround begins once we have received your completed order along with your hair, and measurements. If you need your wig sooner please select the "Jump the line" option.

RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds on wig orders. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure you understand the turnaround time. By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our refund and return policy.

$15 priority Shipping for all orders are 2-3 business days includes tracking, insurance, and adult signature required. Pick up is available locally only.
How long does wigs/ hair last?
Wig and bundles can last up to 3 years with proper maintenance.

When will my custom wig order arrive?
The processing time is 7-14 business days and the shipping time is 2-3 business days USPS Priority express Mail. Due to COVID-19 please expect shipping delays. You will receive a tracking number after your wig is processed.

Ready to Ship items
Ready to ship items are items that are in stock. Sales are final . Processing time will take 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number when you items is finished processing.

How many bundles do I need?
​
*All wigs require 3 or more bundles UNLESS you have a small head 20"-21" circumference AND LENGTHS ARE UNDER 16". HEAD SIZES 22" CIRCUMFERENCE OR LARGER AND LENGTHS LONGER THAN 14" REQUIRES 3 BUNDLES. For lengths longer than 24", 4 bundles are recommended.

REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS + HOW TO MEASURE

1. The circumference of your head
2. Temple to Temple around occipital bone (round part of head)
3. From hairline (front) to nape (back) of neck.
4. From ear to ear across the nape of the neck.
5. Hairline from side burn/ edges to side burn/ edges across forehead. **(Required for frontals)**
